Welcome to my studio
I would like to introduce you to my artwork. I enjoy re-creating the wonder & beauty of nature and hope that you enjoy viewing it as much as I did creating it . I started drawing before I even started school, and my beginning subject matter was horses and still is my main drive, but I have gotten into dogs & wolves more than anything else of late. With the exception of majoring in Art in high school and some pastel workshops over the past 3 years, I am self-taught with the desire to keep improving with each new piece I do. I do haved a number of paintings for sale, but most of the work I have done lately has been on commission and those have been paintings of peoples beloved pets from photographs provided by the client. I do have some of these paintings displayed on my site just to show what I have done and can do for you. These paintings are all soft pastel on velour paper. I work in a variety of mediums as well as photography, and most of what you see in this website is for sale. I do most of my work, though, on commission and those paintings are usually of the client's favorite pet or place (vacation spot or scenic view).
